On 28 May I talked with Alexander Cockburn, editor with Jeffrey St Clair of the online political newsletter CounterPunch and editor with JSC of End Times: The Death of the Fourth Estate (CounterPunch/AK Press)
I then talked with Michael Yates, associate editor of the Monthly Review and author of Cheap Motels and a Hot Plate: an Economist's Travelogue (Monthly Review Press). Michael has since added comments on western Nevada County to his blog. You have to scroll to the bottom of his page of June reports to find them. I first encountered his blog in the 29 June post of the excellent local blog NCFocus.
