On 29 May 2006 I talked with Hilary Mantel about her novel Beyond Black (published in 2005 by Henry Holt, paperback just out from Picador).
I then talked with poets Molly Fisk, Rynn Williams and Jane Hilberry, who will be reading at 6:30 PM this Thursday 1 June at the Off-Center Stage, behind the Center for the Arts in Grass Valley. At 7:30 PM on Sunday 4 June, they will present the last Poetry Flash reading at Cody's Books Telegraph Avenue store in Berkeley. Cody's will be closing that store later in June.
